Room Available In Large Sunny Semi-Detached In North Bondi in BONDI, New South Wales for sale

Our flatmate is moving out so we're looking for a professional to move into our sunny North Bondi pad from September 29th.
It's not a massive room but it comfortably fits a double bed and there is a built in double wardrobe. Plus at $260 it's a steal!
We have a sunny backyard, large living room and a little front verandah with city/harbour bridge views. Our street is nice and quiet yet still only a 5 minute walk to shops and about 10 mins to the beach.
We have a large flatscreen TV, internet and a cleaner every 2 weeks (internet and cleaner not included in the room price).
We are two easy-going, professional guys in our late 20s/early 30s. We're definitely not a party house, though we're very sociable and love a BBQ and a beer or 10 at the pub.
There is also a car park available, except for a few weeks out of the year when the landlord is home and needs it.
