We have a bed available on a room shared just with one other very cool friendly girl!. The apartment is situated just one block from the beach, easy access & top location - 10 seconds walk to famous bondi beach, shops, cafés and transport to Bondi Junction & CityBondi Beach. Bus stop for 380, 333 and 389 is right next to the apartment.
I am moving to live to the north and I will also need someone to replace me at my two jobs, so if you take the room the deal is that I will put you in my jobs and hopefully you will pass the trials and get to work in both of them, so don't hesitate on replacing me on my room!
The flat is shared with 4 fun, caring, cute, gentleman, hard working and unbelievable clean surf boys in ages between 22-27. We are looking for a female or male that is positive, clean, conciderated, friendly and, the most important, a fun person.
We like to spend time together, watching movies and enjoying a good beer, going out for drinks, surfing or relaxing at the beach, etc. We are looking for someone that has a positive way of looking at life and are happy to share a flat with 7 similar people!
Furnished 3 bedrooms, lovely, fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area. Full bath/ shower & laundry facilities and a separate toilet.
40" flat screen TV and modern lounge plus super fast free internet. We also have a big balconi perfect for BBQs, sunbaking, etc.
Rent is $175 per week all bills included. Bond is $300 and is payed as soon as you can reserve the space.
