I am offering private personal training sessions within the eastern suburbs at any time or place. I will come to you or if you prefer we can do the sessions in the Regenesis Gym located at Edgecliff.
I am highly qualified. I have got my Cert III and IV certificates plus a sports science degree which gives me a greater understanding of how to achieve any fitness goal that you wish.
I have a vast range of experiences working in the fitness industry. I have worked in weight loss programs and strength programs for the average and athletic population. I have also worked for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and as a result I have had personal and hands on experience of training at the elite level. I have a range of clients with varied goals which included weight loss, weight and strength gains, nutritional advice and specific sporting programs.
As a former football player I am also offering football (soccer) lessons for any age and any level for the same price. My experience includes playing at the highest level in Australia and abroard and can pass on a lot of knowledge and experience especially to the younger kids who are just starting to pick up the game.
Currently I am training to become a proffesional triathlete and as a result I am also offering swimming or running lessons again for any age and level at the same price. This can be done where convenient for you, be it at your pool at home or at a public pool of your own choice. Again my knowledge and experience would be very benefitial especially to young kids who are taking their first strides in learning how to swim or improve their swimming skills.
