Spacious beach apartment in BONDI, New South Wales for sale

Large one bedroom apartment at Ben Buckler to share. Less than one minute from the beach and 5 mins to the North Bondi terminal station (333, 380, 389 buses). Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the neibourhood, and still some calm and serenity that this part of Bondi can offer.
It is an old apartment that has a very large bedroom that can fit easily 2 persons confortable. I would prefer to share with a female, preference for international student or traveller. I will get a room divisor to put between both beds, so both can have more privacy.
Building has a coin operated laundry ($ 2) and I have a dry machine in the apartment.
Bills included (electricity, wifi, gas, and water).
